CHOK Images offre principalement un service de prise de photos pour tous vos besoins en photo corporative, institutionnelle, événementielle, immobilière, récréotouristique, familiale et même aérienne !
Travaillant en collaboration avec d'autres photographes et vidéastes de la région, il est aussi possible d'offrir un service de plusieurs photographes ou vidéastes pour vos événements qui nécessitent plusieurs points de vue
au même moment.

BIO
Practicing the art of photography for almost 30 years, I took my first steps into the world of images on 35mm film and MiniDV videos when I was still very young. From the age of 13, extreme sports took over my life, to the point where I find myself on my board every day that winter brings its snowy coat. I took advantage of the 24 exposures that my little plastic Kodak could take to immortalize my friends on their snowboards, but also to capture other family memories or simply to develop my curious eye for everything. As soon as my father left me his Minolta Maxxum 440 with a Sigma 24-210mm, my interest, as well as the possibilities that this magnificent new tool offered me, led me to take portrait, landscape, animals, trips and concerts.
It was in 2009, in Quebec, following a series of contracts as a videographer, in collaboration with a photographer friend, that the company name CHOK Images was born.
Since then...
In 2013 and 2014, in Revelstoke, British Columbia, I had the opportunity to collaborate as a photographer with the Selkirk Tangier Heliskiing company. A full season on virgin slopes and aboard helicopters, following skiers and snowboarders with my camera, has refined my art and my turns!

Back in Quebec the following winter, I seriously developed a full-time photography service offer, still non-existent at that time, for the clients of an off-piste ski company in Gaspésie. This collaboration lasted for 4 seasons and allowed me to produce and sell more than 100,000 off-piste skiing and snowboarding photos to more than 3,000 different clients!

This experience also allowed me to optimize my customer service, manage and train a team of 3 additional photographers, in response to the growing demand for this photo service.
​
With the desire to diversify and continue my photography service offering once the snow has melted, I am exploring through several trips the possibilities in Asia and Central America to offer a similar photo service, but to develop it into a whole new sport for mei: surfing.​
​
I am also expanding my offering to include recreational tourism activities, real estate photography, major cultural and sporting events, weddings, corporate, product photography... In short, I rarely refuse an opportunity to explore new possibilities for creating images.
At the same time, I have been practicing the art of DJ since 2002,
an art that I had the opportunity to practice on the biggest stages and festivals in Quebec and even beyond!
I am also professionally immersed in the world of audiovisual and stage technology.
